Lexicon will freeze as shown in image right after I click on Sync to Serato DJ. Tried deleting database v2 and didn’t work.
It’s stuck on the backup step so maybe it’s a permission issue or something blocking Lexicon from creating the backup
Anything like a virus scanner running?
Antivirus is off. Checked all the common problems troubleshooting page. Re-installed Serato and same issue - I haven’t been able to use the software since purchase.
I am using Windows 11, Lexicon Version 1.7.7.0

Can you upload your Lexicon database & logs? From the Help menu.
Okay then it seems it’s getting stuck on making the backup file, since both the sync and feedback do that in the same way.
Can you upload the log files located here? Lexicon database & log locations
I don’t need the database yet. Might be useful to know how big it is though, if it’s super large then that might be related.
It just seems to hang or crash when creating background workers, so usually it is windows acting up or a virus scanner. Maybe just try reinstalling Lexicon and see if that helps
Problem Summary:
Log files uploaded via help menu: Successful upload without freezing.
Database uploaded separately or with Log files: System freezes during the process.
